Police were called Thursday (02/18/2016) night after a body was found in the Hagley neighborhood of Pawleys Island, according to Carrie Cuthbertson, public information officer with the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office.
The Public Information Officer for Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office, says a body was found in the marsh at 504 Bannockburn Drive south of Hagley Landing in Pawleys Island Thursday evening, but could not release details surrounding the investigation. The discovery of the body was made at 6 p.m. in the marsh at 504 Bannockburn Drive in the Hagley community.
